Photographs and Videos

When you participate in a tour or branded trip with us, it is possible that photos or videos may be captured by your Intrepid leader, Intrepid staff, a partner, or fellow passengers. We prioritise your privacy; therefore, if you prefer not to have your photograph taken or to be included in any video, please inform your tour group leader or the photographer at any time.

Additionally, you may communicate your preferences regarding photo and/or Video usage to us prior to the beginning of your tour, should you wish to opt-out of having your images and/or videos taken or used.

On occasion, we may enlist professional photographers to capture images for our marketing materials. We will ensure that all customers are informed prior to travel if a professional photographer will be present. You retain the right to decline participation and opt-out of being included in any photographs taken for these purposes, including the use of any subsequent content or images.
