The name Satchit is inspired by the Sanskrit words “Sat” (truth) and “Chit” (consciousness or knowledge), embodying the essence of one who journeys with true awareness. A Satchit Traveler is more than a visitor, they are a mindful explorer who travels with curiosity, respect, and intention. At Satchit Voyage, we believe travel is not just about moving between places, but about connecting deeply with people, nature, and culture. The word “Voyage” represents exploration both outward, across Sri Lanka’s breathtaking landscapes, and inward, into one’s own sense of wonder and understanding. Who We Are
Satchit Voyage Tours (Pvt) Ltd is a licensed inbound Destination Management Company (DMC) in Sri Lanka accredited by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) and certified with the Good Travel Seal Level 1 for sustainability and responsible tourism.
Founded on authentic service, operational excellence, and integrity, we have grown from a small transport service into a dynamic DMC offering end-to-end travel management across Sri Lanka.

With a strong academic and professional background, he brings a wealth of expertise in business management, finance, and operations to the organization.
He is a graduate of Deakin University, Australia, where he studied at the Faculty of Business and Law, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance). He further enhanced his academic credentials with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Holmes Institute, Melbourne, Australia, and also holds a Diploma of Commerce from the Melbourne Institute of Business and Technology (MIBT), Australia.
Professionally, Mr. Senaratne has over a decade of experience across multiple industries and regions. He has held managerial positions in the retail sector in Australia, developing expertise in operations, leadership, and customer service, and also worked as an Operations Analyst in the fintech industry in the UAE, specializing in process optimization and strategic planning.
At Satchit Voyage Tours, he combines his international experience and strong financial acumen to guide the company’s vision, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and superior client satisfaction.

Since 2023, Mr. Manazir has been leading the company’s transport and operations division, where he oversees fleet management, chauffeur services, and logistical coordination to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
