Day 1:
Beachside Charm
Begin your northern journey with a warm airport welcome before transferring to the charming coastal town of Negombo. Stroll through the lively Fish Market, explore the historic Dutch Canal, and immerse yourself in the local atmosphere. In the evening, unwind with a peaceful sunset boat ride along the Negombo Lagoon before settling in for an overnight stay.

Day 2:
The Ancient Capital
Travel north to Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s first great capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover the sacred Sri Maha Bodhi Tree, revered as the oldest documented tree in the world, and marvel at the towering Ruwanwelisaya Stupa. Walk through the grand monastic complexes of Abhayagiri and Jetavanaramaya, where history and spirituality converge. Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.




Day 3:
Coastal Heritage & Adam’s Bridge
Continue to Mannar, a windswept island rich in history and natural beauty. Explore Mannar Fort, a 16th-century Portuguese fortress, and wander among the giant Baobab Trees, a unique feature rarely seen in Sri Lanka. Visit Adam’s Bridge, also known as Rama’s Bridge, a chain of limestone shoals stretching toward India. End the day with a relaxing overnight stay in Mannar.





Day 4:
Northern Charm
Journey further north to Jaffna, with a ferry ride to the remote Delft Island. Experience its wild ponies, coral walls, and intriguing Dutch and Portuguese ruins. Day 5:
Jaffna Fort & Departure
Conclude your adventure with a morning visit to Jaffna Fort, an impressive coastal stronghold originally built by the Portuguese. Continue to Point Pedro, the northernmost tip of Sri Lanka, and learn about the history of Elephant Pass, a key gateway to the peninsula. Afterwards, transfer back to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.
